As 2nd and 3rd line IT and Tech Support you will be responsible to provide excellent customer service and manage various technical problems which has been identified via 1st line support and dedicated and transfer to you. At least you need 2 years’ experience in similar role to able to join to this level within the Technical support team.


  • Provide professional technical support for the customers remotely
  • Support and liaise with IT Services colleagues to ensure identified IT issues are recorded and resolved correctly
  • Giving technical advice and support to colleagues within IT team
  • Demonstrate a professional, respectful, and proactive approach to customer service.
  • Have the technical knowledge to make recommendations to clients, suggesting genuine system improvements.
  • Bring an in-depth knowledge of Windows technologies, such as Windows Server and Desktop operating systems.


  • Demonstrable experience as a 2nd line IT Engineer
  • Any of the following European language fluency is a bonus (French, German, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese)
  • Able to commute and work onsite one of the company’s location: Leeds, Sheffield, Nottingham, Manchester, Birmingham or Bristol
  • Fully eligible to work in UK without restriction

Technical knowledge:

  • Windows Server 2003-2019
  • Windows Desktop XP-10
  • Hosted Desktop and Cloud computing
  • Terminal server farm setups
  • Office 365 tenant setup and administration
  • VMWare/Hyper-V administration
  • Strong networking capabilities (DNS, routing, switching etc.)
  • VoIP knowledge, preferably 3CX
  • Cisco knowledge would be a bonus
  • Recognised accreditations (MCP’s, CompTIA, Apple)


  • Salary is between £28,000 – 32,000 per annum depending on experience
