Overview:

As 1st line Tech Support you will be responsible to provide excellent customer service and handle various technical problems such as hardware, network or software issues. The customer service team is to provide efficient and effective product advice and support. In line with the policy nobody has to do cold calls or pressure customers, the team is taking care of incoming inquiries and questions.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional product support for the customers to find the right product and service what they need for
  • Give technical support for new and existing clients
  • Maintain customer records into the system
  • Process payments and refund or exchange procedures
  • Liaise with production and administration departments as the need arises.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of computer hardware along with a Windows operating systems required.
