Role Overview:

You’ll be at the forefront of our customer interaction strategy, providing invaluable assistance across multiple touchpoints including tickets, phone calls, and live chat.

Responsibilities:
  • Swift and professional handling of customer inquiries via email and social media platforms.
  • Prioritization and efficient resolution of customer support tickets to ensure utmost satisfaction.
  • Assisting non-technical users with technical questions in a clear and insightful manner.
  • Striving for stellar first-time resolutions for all customer issues.
  • Flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of our EU clientele, with a primary focus on addressing their queries.
  • Willingness to accommodate occasional evening and weekend shifts as per business requirements.
Essential Skills:
  • Proficiency in Multilingual Communication – EU Languages including French, German, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, etc.
  • Ability to grasp technical queries and deliver effective solutions.
  • Prior experience in customer service roles.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving acumen.
  • Exposure to digital environments.
  • Proven track record in generating sales leads.
  • Eagerness to exceed expectations, fostering positive feedback and driving business growth.
Desirable Skills:
  • Previous exposure to e-commerce environments.
  • Familiarity with email customer service for technical products.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, especially Shopify/Gorgias.
  • Comfort in engaging with customers over phone calls.
  • Fluency in multiple EU languages.
  • Experience managing customer queries via phone calls.
  • Understanding of technology-related products and services.
